Sheila Bradford, CLPF #1005

Sheila Bradford, Partner of Prime Fiduciary Services, enjoys assisting with life transitions by working diligently and collaboratively with individuals and families to address her clients’ needs while being mindful of their wishes and best interests.

Sheila has a B.S. in Combined Sciences and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University, and Certificates in Professional Fiduciary Management for Conservators and Trustees from California State University, Fullerton.

Prior to joining Prime Fiduciary Services, Sheila had a successful career in the biopharmaceutical industry in product management and alliance management roles, primarily at ALZA Corporation.

Charley Tucker, CLPF #1158

Charley Tucker, Partner of Prime Fiduciary Services, enjoys assisting individuals and families with life transitions and giving them the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their plan will be carried out according to their wishes. He works thoughtfully to mitigate conflicts in times of high emotion and stress and anticipates potentially costly pitfalls before they become an issue.

Charley has a B.A in Political Science & Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Professional Certificate in Fiduciary Management from the University of California, Riverside.

Prior to joining Prime Fiduciary Services, Charley had a successful career as a Data Analyst and System Administrator for a Fortune 100 food company.

Bonnie Burdett, CLPF #24

Bonnie Burdett, Founder of Prime Fiduciary Services (semi-retired). After 21 years of rewarding work in fiduciary management services, Bonnie is going through a thoughtful transition toward retirement. This next chapter represents not an abrupt ending, but a gradual and deliberate shift that honors both her commitment to those she serves and her personal journey forward. Bonnie is no longer accepting new clients as she focuses on serving her current clients during this transition period.

Bonnie is a Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and has spoken at numerous PFAC conferences on fiduciary management practices. Prior to starting Prime Fiduciary Services, Bonnie had a successful 25 year career in investor and corporate relations at ALZA Corporation, a pharmaceutical and drug delivery company, and later as a consultant helping medical device and biotechnology companies raise equity. She has a Sociology degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is Past President, and an active member and leader of the Los Altos Rotary Club.

Joyce Anthony, CLPF #25

 

Joyce Anthony, Founder of Prime Fiduciary Services (semi-retired). Throughout the last 21 years Joyce has had the privilege of working with individuals and families to bring them peace of mind. Now she is transitioning towards retirement and the next chapters of her life. This move has been steady and careful so she can continue with the same dedication and quality of service her clients expect.  She is no longer accepting new clients so that she can meet the needs of her existing clients.

Joyce is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Sociology. Prior to starting Prime Fiduciary Services, she had a successful career in the pharmaceutical and health care field, primarily with ALZA Corporation. 

Joyce is a Past President of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, along with many other leadership positions, and is a frequent presenter at professional fiduciary meetings. In 2024, Governor Newsom appointed Joyce to serve as a licensee member of the Professional Fiduciaries Advisor Committee protecting California consumers.
